Kinal VIP: Over 400 Attendees in Phnom Penh

On January 17, 2025, Tonlé Bassac II Restaurant in Phnom Penh hosted the annual KINAL VIP event, gathering over 400 customers and business partners of PPM Laboratories, including pharmacies, medical practices, and distributors.

This event also marked PPM’s 30th anniversary. Attendees came not only from Phnom Penh, but also from eight surrounding provinces: Kandal, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Takeo, Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong, and Sihanoukville.

Saket Sopheak Seila, Deputy Director of PPM-Confirel and representative of Dr. Hay Ly Eang, Chairman of PPM-Confirel Group, expressed his gratitude to all customers and partners for their support and trust in PPM’s quality products. He recalled that Dr. Hay Ly Eang founded PPM in 1996, making it the first laboratory in Cambodia. Thirty years later, PPM has become a key player in the pharmaceutical industry in Asia and French-speaking Africa.

“Today, PPM is in touch 350 million customers worldwide and we are targeting 400 million next year. This demonstrates Cambodia’s creative potential and its efforts to integrate into the global market,” Sopheak Seila said.

Tech Symo, PPM’s national sales manager, added that thanks to the loyalty program held twice a year, PPM has 3,000 customers nationwide, playing a crucial role in annual growth.

“Last year, we identified our top 10 customers. This year, we have 20. With their support, we have seen a 20% growth in our turnover in 2024,” he said. After a convivial dinner with PPM, customers had the opportunity to participate in a lottery with many prizes, including three motorbikes as the top prizes. Kinal VIP events continued with meetings in several provinces: Kampong Cham on February 3 for customers from this province as well as those from Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kratié, Steung Trèng, Mondulkiri, Tbong Khmum and Ratanakiri; Siem Reap on February 5 for local customers; Bantheay Meanchey on February 6; and Battambang on February 7 for customers from surrounding provinces.
